Thank goodness for people who push the envelope. This New Yorker defies convention in major ways that most people don’t—because we’re so afraid to take risks with our hair and proportions, always after the slimmest silhouette. Right away she stands out in a crowd: white blonde bowl cut, big plush teddy bear coat. And she’s no less beautiful for it, only more interesting to our eyes.
