Chili Hot Chocolate Serves about 5 4 ounces 99% unsweetened chocolate, chopped 2½ cups whole milk 1/3 cup sugar 1½ tsp vanilla extract 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground chili pepper Warm the milk in a saucepan until hot to the touch. Earl Grey Hot Chocolate Serves 2 1½ cups whole milk 1½ tsp earl grey tea 6 squares of 85% dark chocolate Warm the milk and tea leaves for ten minutes in a saucepan without bringing to a boil. Place three squares of chocolate into two mugs, and strain off the tea leaves as you pour in the milk. Stir well and serve.
