8 Fun Ways to Flaunt Your Curves This Fall

One size does not fit all. And since different shapes and sizes and silhouettes abound, it’s important to know how to dress for your body. Our #1 tip? If you’ve got curves, show them off. On the set of our new Find Your Perfect campaign, hardworking mother of three, Sasoneia Atkins, did just that, reminding us that fashion is all about feeling and looking fabulous. “I like my clothes to be form-fitting because I’m already a nice-sized woman. If I got hips, I want you to see them.” She opted for outfits that hugged, tucked, and cinched in all the right places, and bold colors that exuded confidence and style. Now it’s your turn to show off your curves with these eight fun ‘fits.

1. Seeing Red

A bodycon set hugs your curves in all the right places. And with a matching red biker jacket, you’re on fire.

SA black white

2. Go Monochrome

With the right accessories and prints, black and white doesn’t have to be boring. This striped Michael Kors number cinches at the smallest part of the waist, then flares out for a fun, flirty silhouette.

SA red blue

3. Color Wheel

Pick three colors, then echo them throughout your look. It’s a super smart and chic way to match bold colors.

SA pink

4. Get Graphic

Big bold prints make your hips look smaller. (While small prints do the opposite!) We love these high-waisted Kenzo pants with a cropped sweater. The kicker? Standout Pierre Hardy booties.

SA yellow

5. Hip Hugger

If you’ve got curves, pencil skirts are for you. Flaunt your stuff in this sexy silhouette, then pair with bold accessories like a Michael Kors handbag and Ferragamo heels.

SA oxblood

6. Cool Girl

Sleek, coated skinnies and a Kenzo print jacket? That’s some standout street style, right there.

7. The LBD

This little black dress cuts out in all the right places so it’s a winner on any figure. Brighten it up with baby blue Michael Kors heels and a Rag & Bone clutch.

SA baby blue

8. Blue Jean Baby

When it comes to jeans, stick to a straight or skinny cut. We love it with a fitted BCBG jacket for a sleek, body-hugging look.

Who makes the black and white striped shoes?

  2. Nina Louie September 19, 2016 at 10:03 PM

Hi Diane! The black and white striped shoes are made by a brand called Abcense. Look for their “Obtuse Striped Calf Hair Booties.”

I love the red two piece…where is it from?

  5. Nina Louie October 31, 2016 at 9:57 AM

Hi Deborah! The red two piece is by a brand called Yoins. While I don’t see their version available on eBay right now, if you scroll over the outfit collage in our article, you’ll see links to very similar crop tops and midi skirts to help you get the same look!
