The past 12 months of chaos are now behind us and this year, we’re nostalgic for simpler, happier times. In the world of beauty, this nostalgia is playing itself out right above our eyes, as we finally put a stop to transforming (read: over-plucking and over-penciling) our brows into anything but the full, beautiful bold beings they were meant to be.
In large part due to runway-to-red carpet looks and off-duty IG snaps of beauty mavens like Lily Collins and Emma Watson, and the godmother of full brows, Cara Delevingne (who swears by the Anastasia line), we’re saying goodbye to perfectly-rounded, arched, and try-too-hard eyebrow shapes.
These days, the preferred brow style is full and defined, feathery, slightly unbridled, and oh-so-bountiful. You can rest easy after skipping a few tweezing or waxing appointments–your naturally full and on fleek brows are fine just the way they are, even when they’re peeking from underneath your fringe.
It’s time to put down the tweezers and peep super common makeup mistakes.
