With the holidays just around the corner, I was inspired to put together a DIY for the season. As holiday party invitations are starting to trickle in, I am beginning to pull together ideas for the perfect outfit.I always love to pair my holiday look with an embellished accessory and this year, after seeing so many rhinestone heels on the runways, I decided to create a tutorial. Try this DIY this season to add a personal touch to your holiday style!
Materials:
- black pumps
- rhinestone patches
- flat back rhinestones
- e6000 adhesive
- bbq stick or wooden chopsticks
- paper plate
Steps:
1. Add a generous amount of e6000 adhesive to the paper plate. Then, add a layer of e6000 to the patch of the rhinestone patch, using a bbq stick or wooden chopstick.
2. Glue the patch onto the back of the pumps. Repeat step 1 and 2 for the other shoe.
3. Glue a few more flat back rhinestones around the patch to add a little more sparkle. Let dry overnight.
