With summer officially upon us, I have been gathering ideas for refreshing and fun drinks for hosting pool parties or BBQs with friends. I decided on these fruit infused ice cubes because they are not only adorable, but delicious and healthy, too. Keep cool this season with this easy to follow DIY.
1. Cut the larger fruit, cucumber, sage and mint into smaller pieces.
2. Add a small amount of fruit, cucumber, sage and mint into the ice cube trays. Try different combinations, like mint and cucumber and mixing different berries together. Then, add water to the trays and let them freeze overnight.
3. Once frozen, add to clear cups and serve with sparkling water, pink lemonade, or a light summer cocktail. Garnish with a bright berry and finish with a fun straw.
Happy 4th, everyone!
