DIY Pearl Stud Earrings

Accessories, DIY  /   /  By Aimee Santos

Today our guest blogger is Aimee Santos from Swellmayde, one of the best DIY style blogs we know.

Pearls are so timeless and iconic.  They immediately make me think of my mother and my grandmother’s jewelry collection.  This season, designers have been taking the traditionally conservative accessory and giving it a modern and fashion forward spin. I wanted to take this idea and recreate a DIY version by combining pearls with gold studs for an on trend, classic, and edgy mix.

1. Squeeze a small amount of e6000 adhesive onto a paper plate. Remove the screw from the back of the stud. Then, using a toothpick, add a dab of the adhesive onto the back of the stud.

2. Place the earring back onto the adhesive. Let fully dry. Then, try on.
