*What she’s wearing:
San Francisco, CA
Describe your style:
Classic with ethnic twists. I’m a U.S. Marine veteran, so I can’t shake my need for aesthetic structure, but I love unique stylistic additions like a pair of Fulani earrings—they reflect my creative spirit and world travels.
How do you translate your look from the workplace to the weekend?
I'm really lucky to live in San Francisco—it totally embraces casual workplace looks. Whether I'm working or relaxing, I love to layer bright cashmere scarves over navy jackets. My go-to shoes are a pair of leopard print flats from J.Crew, and I usually find a piece of interesting gold jewelry to complete the look.
What's in your makeup bag?
Bobbi Brown's BB cream, NARS Super Orgasm blush, Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Eye Pencil in Coffee, CoverGirl's LashBlast mascara, MAC's Lady Danger lipstick, Essie nail polish, and almond coconut hand cream by Laura Mercier. It smells lovely, and people always think it's perfume!

Who is your style icon?
Honestly, Tilda Swinton. Her look is so stark and edgy.
Next on your must-buy list:
A pair of
Kate Spade studs.

What’s at the top of your wish list?
Those Chloé Susanna studded boots!
What’s one piece you plan to keep forever?
I was fortunate enough to live in Morocco for a few months,
and I picked up a piece of Bedouin jewelry at a souk, the local
marketplace in Agadir. The craftsmanship is incredible—handworked
silver, painted enamel, and garnet beads.
What can’t you see yourself wearing, ever?
Tights as leggings.
