NYFW Street Style: Print on Print Perfection

Persons of Interest, Street Style  /   /  By Sarah Wetmore

Remember the matching top and skirt set trend we reported on in July? (In case you missed it, catch up here.) Based on what we’re seeing outside the NYC Spring ‘16 shows, it looks like the matching top and bottom trend is hotter than ever. Style Me Grasie blogger Grasie Mercedes looked exceptionally chic in a pre-fall Lublu by Kira Plastinina crest printed matching set.

The key to pulling off this much print in one look is keeping all accessories neutral—a black envelope bag and white pointed-toe pumps, in this case. A wide leg silhouette and pointy shoes keep this street style look modern, and a matching belt gracefully defines Grasie’s waistline. We think this allover printed pairing is an allover winner—what do you think?
