Shoe of the Week: Alchemia Di Ballin Booties

The Italians know a few ways to win over our hearts: pizza, pasta, and shoes. So it was no surprise that luxury Italian shoe brand Alchimia di Ballin received quite a bit of buzz since it’s inception in 2016.

Founded by a family of celebrated shoemakers, the Ballin family has been handcrafting Italian footwear since 1945. Their latest contemporary shoe line still has that old school craftsmanship, but with a new cool girl spin.

They’ve got a whole range of unusual options, from sporty puffer booties to futuristic hologram textiles, but Alchimia di Ballin is more widely known for their wedges. We have fallen head over heels for the Yipsilo Booties. The navy suede and a carved sculptural heel adds height without compromising comfort.

What do you think?

If you’re digging the wedges but don’t have the cash to spend for a ticket to Italy, fret not! Just head on over to eBay to take your boot game to new heights.

Vai avanti, fallo!
