Splurge or Steal: Diamond Tennis Bracelets

Today we’re adding another installment to our newest column, wherein we highlight absolutely beautiful fashion finds—and affordable alternatives, so you can get the look for less. The first style we’re spotlighting is trending on eBay right now: 4,332 people are watching it and 7,222 others have already bought it. Like us, you’re probably wondering what the fuss is about. Well, in short, it’s a gorgeous diamond bracelet at an absolutely amazing limited-time price. As soon as we saw it, we set about hunting for similar styles at the opposite end of the spectrum, just for comparison’s sake. How much more sparkle will an extra $12,000 buy you—and is it worth it? Check out our high/low finds and tell us which you prefer.

I had to look twice because I love the 1st bracelet listed. It has more of a real Chevron feel to it which is so in vogue right now; even in jewelry!

I’d love to buy my girlfriend the bottom one, unfortunately she got the 2ct version. It looks a lot more valuable than it is though, hers is set in sterling, and has garnered more compliments than all 3 my Rolex’ combined lol. The diamonds are smaller than a point, and most have carbon spots, but it still looks like at least $1,000+ bracelet.

You are kidding, right? Advice: save your hard-earned dollars for quality jewelry that you will be proud to wear, will last a lifetime and become a family heirloom. Brass settings with inferior diamonds simply waste your money, turn your skin green and look like what they are: overpriced junk jewelry.
