Summer Travel Style, Part 3: Morocco

There’s no doubt about it—Morocco is one of the hottest travel destinations this year (and we’re not talking about those desert temps). A growing list of who’s who in the fashion industry have recently been venturing to North Africa’s dreamy landscape, and we wanted to (virtually!) tag along. From flowing layers in the desert to vibrant prints in the souks, scroll to embrace the colors of Morocco with these seven outfits.

1. Tangier Tunic

Tunics are a desert style staple. Rock yours with an eye-catching head scarf and edgy accessories.

2. Get Lost

Traveling is all about discovery. Embrace your inner explorista with chic khaki pants and a versatile white blouse.

3. Beat the Heat

When in Morocco, do as the Moroccan’s do. Since Muslim culture means keeping shoulders and knees covered, keep it light with long and breathable linen layers.

4. Colors of Marrakesh

Dusty desert sand. Vivid market spices. Take inspiration from the sights around you by incorporating the country’s rich hues into your wardrobe.

5. Riad Adore

The bold, intricate patterns of Morocco’s tile and ceramics are world famous. Let them inspire your outfit—we say full-on prints and a graphic clutch do the trick.

6. Gilded Treasures

Moroccans love to accessorize. Stack on the gold and let it shine.

7. Ocean Blues

With the Mediterranean to your right and the Atlantic to your left, this deep blue maxi is a sure bet. Don’t forget to pack a generous scarf to keep those shoulders covered.
